The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command, PMA 280 intends to negotiate and award a delivery order on Production contract N0001920G0007 for Tomahawk DSMAC Redesign Phase II in Accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.301.1 (a) (2)(III), only one responsible source, for the Tomahawk Digital Scene Matching Area Correlator (DSMAC) Resign. NAVAIR intends to award this effort to Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tuscon, Arizona 85756.
