Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a competitive firm-fixed price delivery order for the manufacture, test, package and delivery of the Bomb Rack Unit (BRU)-32 Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) coated Plate, Side, Ejector Units (Part Numbers 1534AS5070-1&2). The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to be eighteen (18) months. This procurement will be competed amongst current small business Aircraft Armament and Equipment (AAE) Repair and Upgrade Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders. Only current AAE Repair and Upgrade BOA holders will be able to compete for this requirement. The solicitation will be sent directly to these BOA holders. The BOAs were issued under solicitation N68335-19-R-0097. This procurement is a small business set-aside and will be competed amongst the current small business AAE Repair and Upgrade BOA holders.
