The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a sole source order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0005 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), to perform the nonrecurring engineering (NRE) required to develop and implement the Red to Blue Alignment BIT (R2B BIT). The BIT is intended to resolve system discrepancies identified during analysis. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N00019-23-RFPREQ-TPM272-0198 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the LAIRCM system used by the United States Government. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
