The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to award a modification to Order N0001923F0103 under BOA N00019-20-G-0005 for the procurement of P-8A Software correction of deficiencies and MAGR-2K interface testing. This effort will add scope and funding for 1) correction of software deficiencies in P-8A associated software packages, and 2) testing of the DoN LAIRCM system within the MAGR-2K environment and pending modifications within the MV and CV airframe environment.? This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis to Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
