The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to award a modification to Delivery Order (DO) N0001918F0453 under BOA N00019-15-G-0026 for the procurement of the Validation and Verification (V&V) required for the Non-Recurring (NRE) under CLIN 0002 of the original DO. This effort will include the updates to Test Plans and Procedures and Verification Plan Templates. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis to Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
