Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to modify order N0001922F0035 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0005, FY22 Engineering and Logistic Support and Repair of Repairables to support the AN/APR-39(D(V)2 Radar Warning Receiver system. The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance on Engineering and Logistics support and the delivery of data through 30 April 2024. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman System Corporation (NGSC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
