The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to negotiate and award a modification to Delivery Order (DO) N0001922F2033 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001921G0006 for Litening Loads Phase 2 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. As the contractor, Boeing has the manufacturing knowledge, experience, and technical data required to fulfill this requirement within the time required. NAVAIR intends to award this effort to The Boeing Company, 6200 James S McDonnell Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63134-1939.
