The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Company, Fullerton, California, for 2024-2025 requirements for Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) AN/US-3(V)1 production for the government of Japan. The contract will procure one JPALS unit, On Board Repair Parts (OBRP), and an installation and Checkout (INCO) Kit. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-4, “International Agreement”.
