The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee modification to the current APR-39 FY22-23 Engineering and Logistics Support and Repair of Repairables order, N00019-22-F-0035. The scope of this effort is to modify the existing Low Band Array (LBA) Antenna to survive future shipboard compatibility requirements. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC) in according with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
