The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a sole source modification to Contract N00019-20-G-0005; Order N00019-22-F-1201 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), to induct and convert Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures System Processor Replacement (LSPRs) to the USAF LSPR configuration. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N00019-22-RFPREQ-TPM272-0175 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the LAIRCM system used by the United States Government. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
