The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price modification to Delivery Order N0001917G0013-N0001919F2887 on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. The procurement will be for sixteen (16) CNU-738/E Spare Containers in support of the ALE-70 Program. The anticipated award date is 28 February 2022. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
