The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to BAE Systems, Nashua, NH on a sole source basis for the procurement of supplies and services in support of the ALE-70 Radio Frequency Countermeasure Program. The BOA will be available for issuing orders for a period of five (5) years beginning in FY22. Each order will be synopsized on the Beta.SAM website, when applicable, in accordance with FAR 5.201(b).
