This eff... The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a new Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order under the Basic Order Agreement (BOA) N0001921G0012 to Bell Textron Inc. (Bell) located in Fort Worth, TX. This effort is to procure an estimated two hundred and ninety (290) recurring kits for the Drive Plate Improvement effort over five years utilizing a base year with four one-year options with an expected delivery date starting October 2022. This requirement will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements.
