This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302.1(a)(2)(iii). The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA 280, intends to solicit and award a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract type for Tomahawk DSMAC redesign. This effort will address the replacement of DSMAC components. These tasks include determining candidate replacement digital image sensors and components, testing of sensor characteristics of those candidates, and analyzing redesign impact to system and subsystem interfaces.
