NAVAIR at Patuxent River, MD intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement task order for interim readiness, sustaining, logistics, and engineering support for MQ-25A EDM, SDTA, SDTA+, and LRIP air vehicles. The action is intended as a sole-source award to Boeing under FAR 6.302-1 because Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the MQ-25 Air System and the only contractor able to meet Navy requirements without unacceptable schedule delay. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability in writing to the listed points of contact. The Government will use responses solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
