The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD anticipates issuing a modification for Non-Recurring Engineering, Training Technical Services, Program Management, Logistics support, and delivery of the AH-1Z and UH-1Y Foreign Military Sales Czech Republic (Czech) training package. The training package will include AH-1Z and UH-1Y Training and Support Elements, Electronic Classroom, and In Country Training Services. A firm fixed price modification under contract N00019-20-C-0061 is being contemplated, which will be funded with Country of Czech Republic funds. This action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI), Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 “International Agreement”.
