The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a new Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX. This effort is to procure services for the Kingdom of Bahrain AH-1Z aircraft to be stored, preserved, broken-down, built-up, maintained for flight-ready status, and transported before and after DD250 of the aircraft in the United States and Bahrain. This requirement will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Textron Inc. in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-4 International Agreement.
