The Naval Air (NAVAIR) Systems Command (SYSCOM) is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) as part of a market survey to obtain technical and program information supporting the Advanced Electronic Warfare (ADVEW) Suite acquisition strategy and materiel solution analyses, intended for the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and the next generation of naval aircraft. The Government seeks ADVEW notional concepts, along with relevant cost/schedule/performance (CSP) information. The Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of the submitted suite solutions shall objectively support CSP information. CSP information provided by the Respondent will be used by NAVAIR for initial planning and cost estimation for the ADVEW program. The CSP information provided by the Respondent will also be leveraged for potential design solutions. Respondent funded technology demonstrations may be requested to substantiate the Respondent TRL assessment. Notional development/delivery schedules are requested and considered critical elements for the government to evaluate which design solutions may effectively combat the evolving adversary. ADVEW RFI areas of interest include an integrated EW-suite approach, open architecture design, plug and play integration with off-board components and growth provisioning that will remain relevant through 2040.
