The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Moog Inc. of Salt Lake City, Utah for the procurement of FY21-23 Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) Antenna (OE-273A(V)/URN) requirements. This procurement will include TACAN Antenna hardware modernization, TACAN Antenna radomes, logistics and engineering support, and technical data. The total estimated quantity of TACAN Antennas required for this procurement for ship builds is 27 new and 12 modernized OE-273A(V)/URN, or other such quantities that may be authorized and appropriated by Congress. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".
