Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a modification to the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) fixed price contract, N00019-19-D-0032, with ERAPSCO, 4578 East Park 30 Drive, Columbia City, IN 46725-8869, on a sole source basis for an increase to the current contractual maximum for an approximate quantity of 15,000 AN/SSQ-36B, 150,000 AN/SSQ-53G, 15,000 AN/SSQ-62F, 24,000 AN/SSQ-101B, and 30,000 AN/SSQ-125 Sonobuoys over existing Fiscal Years (FY) 2021 through 2023. Final deliveries will occur in FY 2025. This will be a non-developmental Full Rate Production (FRP) contract. A sole source contract is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement. Note: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within a forty-five day (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic order agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
