The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a new Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Bell Textron Inc. (Bell) in Fort Worth, TX to procure approximately 1,500 Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) chips, part number 181636-002. This requirement will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Textron Inc. in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements.
