The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) modification to N6600119A0010-N00019F210268 on the basis of other than full and open competition to Carahsoft Technology Corporation in Reston, VA. This effort is for the Sybase software license renewal in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) for the PMA 299 H-60 Program. This action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of Title 10 U.S.C. Section 2304(f)(2)(E), as referenced in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1, “International Agreement.” The RAN has provided written direction under an International Agreement to go sole source to Carahsoft Technology Corporation under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N6600119A0010 for this requirement. The period of performance of this requirement is Dec 28, 2021 through Dec 27, 2022.
