The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to award orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-21-G-0010, to support the Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC) Program. Orders will be issued to obtain engineering, software engineering, system design, configuration management, operations and management support, software quality and quality assurance, integration and test, integrated product support, and operations and maintenance support for continued development, delivery, and sustainment of TMPC subsystems. Each effort will be separately solicited through NAVAIR on a sole source basis to Perspecta Engineering Incorporated; Santa Clara, California (Perspecta) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
