The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) Level of Effort task order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-21-G-0012 to Bell Textron, Inc., Fort Worth, TX for Taiwan Foreign Military Sales (FMS) AH-1W help desk support. The Help Desk support will address aircraft issues and risks to long-term supportability of the AH-1W; recommend support changes that capitalize on current opportunities through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) commercial and international Global Business Partners; and provide continued Sustainment, Obsolescence and Engineering impacts for the AH-1W Weapon System. This action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI), Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 “International Agreement”.
