The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a new contract to Crew Training International (CTI), Memphis, TN 38125, for the procurement of In-Country pilot and maintainer training, as well as aircraft maintenance, on behalf of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The services will be completed in Bahrain to support twelve AH-1Z aircraft being delivered in 2022. A firm fixed price and cost plus fixed fee hybrid contract is being contemplated that will be funded with Country of Bahrain Foreign Military Sales funds (FMS). This action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Crew Training International, Inc. (CTI), Memphis, TN, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 “Circumstances permitting other than full and open competition - International Agreement.” This notice is for information purposes only.
