The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price modification to an existing Fixed Price Incentive - Firm Target contract for delivery of AH-lZ Flight Training Device (FTD) spare parts on behalf of the Country of Bahrain. The FFP modification will be funded with country specific funds. This action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Textron Inc., Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 "International Agreement".
