The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for failure analysis on the Navy Underwater Active Multiple Ping (NUAMP) AN/SSQ-113 series F1 sonobuoy and implementation of Corrective Actions to ERAPSCO, 4578 East Park 30 Drive, Columbia City, IN 46725-8869, on a sole source basis. This tasking is the result of the NUAMP Acoustic System Certification Report and also includes the evaluation of the AN/SSQ-113 F1 configuration to identify which Engineering Change Notices initiated under subsequent NUAMP family members design (i.e. AN/SSQ-113 F2, F3 and/or F7) apply to the F1 configuration. The failure analysis period of performance is anticipated to be six months with corrective actions period of performance not to exceed six months.
