The F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO) intends to solicit and negotiate multiple contract actions for F-35 Lightning II FY24-FY25 Initial Spares with Lockheed Martin Corporation Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Fort Worth, TX. The proposed contract actions will provide Air Vehicle Initial Spares for the U.S. Services, non-U.S. DoD Participants and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate proposed contact actions for supplies or services under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all responses received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete these proposed contract actions based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
