The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source modification under contract N00019-17-D-0005 to Moog, Navigation and Surveillance Sector, Salt Lake City, UT to procure 2 additional OE-273A(V)/URN Antenna systems. The 2 additional Antenna systems are a Coast Guard variant. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1, “Only one Responsible Source”. MOOG is the original designer, developer and manufacturer of the OE-273A(V)/URN Antenna system. As such, MOOG is the only responsible source capable of providing supplies and/or services to satisfy the US Coast Guard requirements.
