This effort includes engineering support necessary for integration and sustainment of the DVR system in the UH-1Y and AH-1Z aircraft. This action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Safran Data Systems (Safran), Norcross, GA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. Safran is the only qualified source which possesses the detailed knowledge to design the DVRs and RMMDs in a timely and cost effective manner. This notice is for information purposes only.
