The purpose of this amendment to Presolicitation Notice N00019-19-RFPREQ-PMA-274-0114 is as follows: 1. The Presidential Helicopters Program (PMA-274) intends to solicit and negotiate contract modifications with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, a Lockheed Martin company for additional VH-92A Repair of Repairables (ROR), as well as the previously announced spares parts and support equipment, as a result of additional information learned in development. The proposed contract actions will provide for spares, support equipment and repair of repairables for VH-92A production lots. The proposed contract actions are for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Sikorsky under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. 2. Establish new response date of Nov 22, 2019 11:59 pm Eastern.
