Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole-source delivery order to Collins Aerospace under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0031 for the flushing and inspection of the High Power Transmit System (HPTS) Dual Trailing Wire Assembly (DTWA). Collins Aerospace will furnish the necessary labor and equipment required to inspect, repair and flush the HPTS DTWA, and replace the hydraulic hoses and bearings. Collins Aerospace is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and is currently under contract with NAVAIRSYSCOM to support this system through logistical sustainment, obsolescence monitoring and avoidance, as well as Fleet Support Representatives at Tinker Air Force Base. They are the only source with the requisite experience, technical data, secure development labs, and test facility that are necessary to fulfill this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by NAVAIR.
