The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price delivery order and subsequent modifications under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-16-G-0001 to The Boeing Company, 6200 McDonnel Blvd Saint Louis, Mo 63166. This modification will be awarded using the authority of FAR Subpart 6.3002-1, "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement." This effort is for the procurement of Technical Directives, Non-recurring Engineering design, and Validation/Verification kits in support of F/A-18 A-D Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 631R1/632R1 "Changes to the Inner Wing Panel for C2 Base and Changes to the Outer Wing Panel for C2 Option," which will increase the life limit of these parts. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, integrator, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 Weapon system and only Boeing has the F/A-18 particular engineering data, capability, resources and expertise required to fulfill NAVAIR's requirements.
