NAVAIR intends to award a sole source contract to Curtiss-Wright Controls Electronic Systems Inc on the basis of Other Than Full and Open Competition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), as there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the procurement of P/N VR-6511X00-JFF Circuit Cards for the E-2D RDF II system. Curtiss-Wright will provide all labor and material, integrated logistics support, and obsolescence management required for the manufacture and delivery of the RDF II P/N VR-6511X00-JFF Circuit Cards, including any associated management, test, quality, and configuration management efforts. An estimated 30 Circuit Cards will be delivered during FY20-21 in support of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye test aircraft. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 23 July 2019. The capability statement must include your approach to accomplish this effort.
