The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation on a sole source basis for the procurement of supplies and services in support of various United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs to include, but not limited to: C-2, E-2 (E-2C/E-2D), AN/AAR-47, APR-39, AN/AAQ-24, V-22, BQM-34/74, BM 34, Fire Scout, UCAS, UCLASS, LRASM, MALD-N. JSOW-ER, MQ-8B, MQ-8C, Common Control Systems, Naval Mission Planning Systems, Theater Mission Planning Center, Harpoon Missile, Persistent Maritime UAS, Triton UAS, Broad Area Maritime Surveillance - Demonstrator UAS and applicable FMS customers. The BOA will be available for issuing orders for a period of five (5) years. Each order will be synopsized on the FedBizOpps website when applicable in accordance with FAR 5.201(b).
