The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award 2 sole source, firm fixed-price Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) orders to BAE Systems Information and Electronics of Greenlawn, New York. The orders will procure engineering investigations and fault log analysis in support of the AN/APX-111(V) Combined Interrogator/Transponder (CIT) program. BAE will analyze CIT Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) test failures and provide an alternate method or use of additional equipment to verify the VSWR measurements of the CIT antenna ports. These efforts are being awarded on a sole source basis to pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source".
