This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Offers are due by: 1000 EST on 01 October 2019. The resulting award document will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 (effective 13 August 2019). The procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS codes 332439. The applicable PSC is 8145. The small business size standard is 500 employees or less. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement that will support the Kuwait FMS F/A-18 Super Hornet aircraft procurement. The containers are required to store spare F414-GE-400-1A engine modules. FOB Destination. Containers are to be delivered ASAP as this procurement has become an urgent need. This is a re-procurement of solicitation N00019-19-Q-0005, originally posted in January 2019. Quotation projected delivery date accuracy is required. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) prioritization is DO-A1.
