The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD intends to award a modification to the sole source, Delivery Order N0001917F0223 with Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems (NGIS), 3380 Price Road Chandler AZ, to update the flight software and provide Hit Detection Capability of the Hyper-Velocity Gun Weapon System (HGWS) program.
