The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD anticipates issuing a modification to an existing order for the procurement of the Systems Engineering (SE) and Program Management (PM), Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Training support of twelve (12) AH-1Z aircraft for the Kingdom of Bahrain. A firm fixed price modification to an order (N0001919F2522) under a Basic Ordering Agreement (N00019-16-G-0012) is being contemplated, which will be funded with Kingdom of Bahrain funds. This action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI), Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 "International Agreement".
