The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) requires the use of various shredding equipment during daily operations. Since delivery of the shredders in early 2023, (13) have been uncrated, set-up and are currently in use. The shredders (11) that are not currently in use are still in crates and in storage at the ONI warehouse, Bolling AFB and will be placed in operation as needed. ONI is seeking a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) corrective maintenance contract consisting of (1) 12 month base period and (2) 12 month option years. This contract will consist of delivering and setting up the stored shredders as required, travel, labor and repair parts only, no consumables (oil, shred bags) shall be included. More information is included in the attached Limited Source Justification, Shredder List and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will be a set-aside 100% Small Business. The Government is seeking a discount from the offeror's schedule prices pursuant to FAR 8.404(d). Will only accept quotes from small business resellers. The following clauses and provisions apply to this request for quote. FAR Clause 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and DFARS Clause 252.246-7008, "Sources of Electronic Parts" and DFARS 252.211-7003, "Item Unique Identification and Valuation" and 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, the contractor shall submit their payment request electronically using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
