The Government (Office of Naval Intelligence) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)ii. The proposed source is Blue Light LLC, Fayetteville, NC 28304. The procurement is for five (5) Blue Light i2 Analyst Notebook licenses. This notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses are due 24 March 2022.
