The Office of Naval Intelligence is looking to procure and deliver twelve (12) BRAND NAME Professional grade DVBS/S2/ATSC IRD’s for the National Maritime Intelligence Center and maintain audio/video system requirements for multiple commands of the Navy. This Office also provides TVRO Satellite Feeds to the National Maritime Intelligence Center. Recent ATSC and DVB-S signal technology change requires an update to a portion of the NMIC Satellite Head End. Integrated Satellite Receiver Decoder equipped with every major video signal output and applications for decoding program content to broadcast quality video. Units are required to maintain upcoming changes in both DVB-S/S/T and ATSC Broadcast Technologies and will assist Naval Intelligence to continue to receive World News, Local News, International Weather and Local Weather. All equipment must be TAA Compliant. The awarded contractor shall provide a delivery plan NLT 10 business days after contract award that details tasks and timelines for display deliveries.
