The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement for (1) Fujipla ALM3222 Turn Key Sheet Fed Automatic Laminator for the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC). This requirement includes delivery and warranty in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and equipment specifications. All equipment must be new and from the same manufacture. Offers are required to submit a technical quote with their price quote. The technical quote shall address each requirement of the SOW and equipment specifications. The resulting award will contain FAR and DFAR clauses to include DFAR 252.211-7003, “Item Unique Identification and Valuation” and 252.246-7008, “Sources of Electronic Parts”. Quotes that do not address each line item outlined in Item 10.0 Security requirements will be eliminated from consideration. Award will be based on best value taking into consideration technical capability and price. Vendors are requested to quote GSA discount pricing. NAICS 333244, Sch 36, SIN 51-100.
