The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) has a requirement for Maintenance Renewal for Surphaser Laser Scanner (S/N BS-SCHSX04104215). Maintenance covers annual calibration and cleaning of scanner, upgrade to software/firmware, technical support, repair or replacement of equipment, loaner unit while equipment is being repaired, and immediate shipment of loaner upon notice of failure depending on the mission urgency. This Request For Quote is set-aside for small businesses. ONI intends to award a firm fixed price order for a maintenance contract for one base year and three (3) one-year option years. The Government will evaluate the total price, inclusive of the options. Priced options will be included in the contract award. This is an all-or-none requirement. The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer quote is most advantageous to the government based on technically acceptable lowest price. DFARS Clause 252.246-7008, "Sources of Electronic Parts"; DFARS 252.211-7003, "Item Unique Identification and Valuation"; 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports; and 252.239-7098, 252.239-7098 Prohibition on Contracting to Maintain or Establish a Computer Network Unless Such Network is Designed to Block Access to Certain Websites Representation" (DEVIATION 2021-O0003) (APRIL 2021).
