The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) has a requirement for maintenance and repair contract for North Star Imaging X5000 w/ FXT-225.48-3 & HPX450 X-Ray System (S/N 1310929). This system includes two (2) tubes, a Fein Focus 225kV tube and a Gulmay 450kV tube. ONI intends to award a firm fixed price order for a maintenance contract for one base year and two (2) one-year option years. The Government will evaluate the total price, inclusive of the options. Priced options will be included in the contract award. This is an all-or-none requirement. The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer quote is most advantageous to the government based on technically acceptable lowest price. The following clauses and provisions apply to this request for quote: FAR Clauses 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract; 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment; 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment. DFARS Clause 252.246-7008, "Sources of Electronic Parts"; DFARS 252.211-7003, "Item Unique Identification and Valuation"; 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports; and 252.239-7098, 252.239-7098 Prohibition on Contracting to Maintain or Establish a Computer Network Unless Such Network is Designed to Block Access to Certain Websites Representation" (DEVIATION 2021-O0003) (APRIL 2021). The contractor shall submit their payment request electronically using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The WAWF website is located at https://wawf.eb.mil.
