The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) and NAVINTEL are positioning themselves to incorporate commercial based Open Source (OS)/Publicly Available Information (PAI) Cybersecurity and Miscellaneous tools to enhance their product lines. The cybersecurity and miscellaneous OS/PAI tools we are seeking to acquire are license/subscription based and accessed through a web or cloud-based solution that is a commercially available off the shelf (COTS) platform. ONI and NAVINTEL will not consider any software/hardware-based solutions nor entertain offers to create or build a solution.
