8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

The Office of Naval Research is posting draft documents for an upcoming 8(a) only competition for an Internships, Outreach, and Website Support contract. This is not a formal request for proposals, and the government will not reimburse for responses. The single-award IDIQ contract is planned to be awarded on or around January 12, 2027. Comments or questions on the draft documents must be submitted to the specified contact by 1500 Eastern on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
