This is a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from the Office of Naval Research (ONR, ONRG) and the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) seeking proposals for long-range science and technology projects to advance Navy and Marine Corps operations. It is open to all responsible sources from academia, industry, and the global research community, including both small and large businesses. The announcement has been extended for one year from Amendment 0005, or until a successor BAA is posted. Proposals must be submitted through the new ONR Submission Portal as detailed in Amendment 0004, as submissions via FedConnect are no longer accepted.
