Notice Type: Synopsis & Brand Name Justification Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code 541519 – Other Computer Related Services NAICS Exception Applied: Exception 1 – IT Value-Added Resellers, Size Standard: 150 Employees Synopsis: The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to small business concerns for the procurement of Appspace software licenses and associated support services. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed price contract under FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The estimated value of this requirement is $42,000. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 541519(Exception 1 – IT Value-Added Resellers), with a size standard of 150 employees. The requirement includes: The vendor shall provide support to the ONR OCIO application team for addressing configuration and workflows with in the AppSpace platform The vendor shall provide support to ONR OCIO application team in implementing brand changes, and enhancements to Hoteling and digital signage features. The vendor provide support to ONR OCIO application team for platform upgrades, including preparation, testing, validation and post-upgrade support. The vendor shall provide additional support services as needed to enhance, optimize, or to extend the use of Appspace for Hoteling and digital signage initiatives to ONR OCIO application team. Contractor Personnel shall be U.S. citizen. Period of Performance: 8/29/2025 – 8/28/2026 Quotes will be requested directly via email from small business vendors. No solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. Interested vendors must be authorized resellers of AppSpace software and able to meet all delivery and performance requirements. The synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203, to notify potential small business vendors of the upcoming opportunity. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The RFQ will be issued separately and transmitted directly through small business vendors identified through market research.
