The Office of Naval Research (ONR) awarded task order GS35F01197-N00014-21-F-4004 to Carahsoft Technology Corporation on 20 May 2021 for Zoom licenses. This award was originally planned to be awarded as a simplified acquisition under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and the sole source justification was executed on that basis, as a GSA schedule award was not anticipated during the requirement phase. However, for a variety of reasons, the task order was ultimately awarded under the GSA schedule. This Limited Sources Justification corrects the administrative record of this action and covers both the original task order award and modifications.
